Most house plans are pictures. Ours are buildings first: a single model that the renders, the plans and the builder all work from.

Conversation
We start with your lot, your budget and how you live: who cooks, who works from home, where the morning light falls. No drawings yet, just listening.

Design
Either we adapt one of our homes to your site and brief, or we design a new one with you from a blank page. You see options early, as renders and plans.
- 03
Model
The chosen design is built as a complete BIM model: every wall, window, finish and room with real dimensions and areas. Renders, the 3D tour and the floor plans all come from it, so they never disagree.
- 04
Build-ready
You receive the model and the drawings generated from it, ready for your builder, your engineer and your permit set.
Why BIM
What you see is what gets built.
In a building information model, a wall is a wall: it knows its thickness, its finish, what it carries and which rooms it bounds. Change it once and every render, plan and quantity follows.
For you that means fewer surprises between the picture you fell for and the house on your lot.
